Pictured below are four examples of SAAM Systems. Three of these are "Dedicated" SAAM's where the tooling is a permanent part of the SAAM. One unit is a "Platen" SAAM, where the tooling is interchangeable.

Keep in mind theses units are portable, and need no special site preparation.

This SAAM is producing what the customer refers to as a "half shell". Two of the "half shells" and a base, which is also produced in a SAAM, make up the main components of a specialized container. The SAAM is 8' wide by 7' deep by 11' tall. Just 8' wide by 7' deep by 10' tall, this SAAM produces specialized container bases weighing over 50 pounds each.

SAAM compression molding systems efficiently produce these 73 pound container covers. This SAAM is 9' wide by 7' deep by 11' tall. This Platen SAAM, with its interchangeable tooling, can produce a wide variety of products. Shown here are two (2) different tools being used simultaneously.
